Horrible place. They use cheap materials and do not take pride in their work. They lose contracts continuously. General contractors hate working with them. Find someone else to do your electrical work. You will be disappointed with these people. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Vankirk gets a very bad rep in charlotte NC but not all their employees drop the ball! They have amazing guys in Charlotte who work for them who go out of their way to do whatever they can.

Do not hire this company They are so dishonest, rude and unprofessional The job was low quality, and communication was non-existent Avoid like the plague

Update: Customer finally called and paid, said order fell through the cracks and that the employee was no longer with them. Original review: If this company cheats it's suppliers, do you really want to do business with them. Customer ordered custom made item over the phone for rush delivery and then does not pick them up or pay for them. Does not return phone calls either. I would not hire this company!

They have only superintendents and project managers, you know the upper management people. They sub their work, at least in Charlotte NC to a spanish guy who hires illegals to do all the work. Their superintendents have no control or authority over any of the workers and if you try to make the workers do a sub-par job at best then you get in trouble. They build multifamily condos/apartments all over and I wouldn't live in one if they paid me to do so.
