We started using their services in August and are very satisfied with them. I am so glad we found them. They are awesome. Always on time and pleasant.

I was not satisfied with this cleaning service. The team arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, very early in the morning. They did not wear shoe covers and walked across my bedroom floor and light carpet under my bed with outdoor shoes, which I found unprofessional. The beds were not properly handled—my master bed sheets and duvet were thrown on carelessly, and although the guest room bed was already made, I expected at least a quick fluff since it was included in the service. Mirrors still had streaks, faucets weren’t polished, dusting was incomplete, and there were no added touches (such as neatly folded tissue) that I would expect from a professional cleaning. Overall, the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.
