Came quickly when the air went out. The technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. Had it up and running the same day. I was so impressed I purchased the quarterly maintenance agreement. Same technician came for the quarterly which was important to me. I'm very pleased with the service!

We recently had a new furnace installed by Snellville Heating, and we couldn’t be happier with both the furnace and the service! Before choosing them, we spoke with two other companies, but after meeting with Joe, we knew Snellville Heating was the right choice. Joe came out the very next day after we called—on time, prepared, and professional. His presentation was clear and easy to understand, and their team completed the installation the following day. When we had a few questions on a Saturday, Joe called us back immediately. Excellent service from start to finish. Snellville Heating is first class, and we highly recommend them!

Tony, Santiago,, and Zack proved to be an extremely professional HVAC installation team. They replaced my 18 yr old HVAC system after a thorough diagnostic check by Wayne who I called about water leaks. Each of the team members worked with obvious expertise while providing customer respect. They graciously answered any/all of my questions as they worked. I was anxious about the cost of a new system and what this company would be like. The estimate from Brian, their customer rep, was not the lowest, but not the highest (out of f'ive est'). I am very satisfied with my choice for Snellville Heating; they remind me of times gone by with Old Fashion "Customer Service". They even provide a post-installation inspection a couple weeks out to ensure all is working as it should. James did the post-install inspection and addressed any concerns I had or any questions about the new system operations. I am happy with the new system and each of Snellville's team members, including their office support staff, Ginger and Kim. I would highly recommend this team for HVAC services.(I am also pleased to report they rely on customer satisfaction and references rather than throwing an abundance of money at TV marketing ads) Snellville Heating was a referral from a friend a couple years ago if I ever needed HVAC services.I don t write many reviews....I am happy to submit this one

Absolutely terrific company!!! I had AC parts go bad that were still under the manufacture’s warranty and Snellville handled everything with them! I didn’t even have to do a thing! Then they sent skilled tradesmen to install the new parts and the unit is running beautifully again! Thank you so much!!!! They have been our plumbers for years and always did quality work quickly- I am so glad they are my HVAC company now too! Thank you for always taking care of us! We so appreciate it!!!

Let me start with the good. I love the young man that SNELLVILLE HVAC usually sends to my house. He is charming in every way. I trust him. He is not to blame for the prices that Snellville heating And Air charges. Snellville heating And Air installed the HVAC probably about five +~ year ago. Every year we have some minor problem. It's usually that the lines need some Clorox or have a clog. Yesterday was no different. We had a clog at the P-trap area and a red light came on. The same lovely young man came out and took apart the pipes with slime water in the pipe line. . He then hosed out the line and put everything back together. From start to finish it was about 15 minutes plus waiting time to see if the house was cooling down ending with a total of 45 minutes at our house. Arrival time was 12:36. He cleaned out my pipe outside and we talked for a few minutes at 12:46. He waited around a little while to make sure the AC was working properly. He said the temperature was 65° and I then asked him to set it for 68°. He left and then I went to look for my email receipt, which is time stamped 1:34 PM The total bill was $382 which was four dollars less than what he originally thought it would be. I would never have agreed to this cost if I had known it was only going to take 15 minutes to insert a filter, and take out the pipe and hose it. My husband was very upset. He said was he even there an hour? And I said no. When my husband called Jeremy the supervisor said we don't charge by the hour. $382 was for us to diagnose even though that only took five minutes to diagnose and clean out the pipe and and another 5 minutes to walk to the truck to get a new 20 X 20 filter. My husband's complaint was that the $89 should've been taken off NOT ADDED to the $276.85 fee to clean out the pvc. This is price gouging at its best. Again, I don't blame Ethan. I blame Jeremy or Snellville heating And Air. We don't pay this much money to see our doctor. Again, I love the young man that came out here. He was professional and did remove the clog from our air conditioner pipe. It just seems like $382.92 is a lot for less than 15 minutes of actual service and a $17 filter, even if you are not billing by the hour. We will definitely be looking for someone more affordable in the future .
