Shumate has been exceptional to work with in replacing our furnaces. Tommy came out and gave us a quote and some great suggestions/ information and once our decision was made we had the furnaces within 2 days. The installers were clean and answered all of our questions and worked within our schedule. They also took care of some extra issues for us with no complaints. Highly recommend.

I currently have maintenance service with Shumate. Well after months of telling me nothing was wrong with my a/c and telling me I just put it too cold-they finally figured out my evaporator coil was leaking. So they replaced it the end of August which of course isn’t cheap. They told me that it had a warranty and would send me the info. I emailed them about this and they told me they would take care of it then …..nothing. I have emailed them over and over for two months now just wanting warranty info and they have completely ghosted me. Needless to say I am canceling my service

I phoned Jeremy in the Shumate plumbing dept. about a slow-flowing bathroom faucet in a bathroom with dual sinks. Taylor and Connor came and tried a few methods to correct, and also tried the aerator in both faucets…then cleaned the holes out with a pin… Made all the difference, otherwise it would be replace the entire faucet set. I have been a customer of Shumate for my HVAC needs for 9 years, and I continue to be very impressed with this company. This morning at 7:00 am, we discovered our water heater was leaking. I expected to leave a message and hope for a call back later, but to my surprise, someone answered right away. Within minutes, I received a call from Jeremy, who manages the plumbing team. I had spoken with him three years earlier when we considered replacing the water heater, and he still had notes from that conversation. He even remembered that we needed a special size unit to fit in our closet. We thought it might take a day or two to schedule service, but Jeremy said he could have a technician at our house by 11:00 am that same morning. That level of responsiveness and professionalism is rare these days. They arrived exactly at 11:00 and finished the install by 1:00 pm. I highly recommend Shumate for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services. After 9 years as a customer, I am still amazed by how great this company is.

I have been a Shumate Signature member for many years and it has really paid off. Not only they are a great company with good customer service, but I have saved money when we have had bad luck with several things breaking the same year in our house! I think this company is not only professional, but reliable. They have good technicians, and I have especially been impressed with the skill, professionalism and pride in their work that Troy (HVAC) and Rick (plumbing) have shown every single time they have come to help us in our house over all these years.
