We had rescue my time cleaning come out this week to do a first time deep cleaning. The 3 ladies that came out Isela, Naomie and Michelle did a great job cleaning our house. We have already scheduled our next cleaning for next month. Thank you for doing a great job and making life easier for us.

Wow! We have been clients with RMTCS and this year we had some life moments that had us on pause (renovation terror) and was so happy to resume our service. We chose this return to service with a deep clean as we had many months of not being able to address proper cleaning with reno. What a delightful gift it was to have this level of excellence in deep cleaning! Cayla is a real gem. She paid attention to every detail. I was able to see how careful and thorough she was in our house. As we piece it all back together, we are fortunate we had Cayla assigned to us for such a wonderful job. I have to say again how absolutely pleased and impressed I am with RESCUE MY TIME CLEANING SERVICE! Every penny spent was worthwhile! These wonderful ladies did a stellar job, exceeding my expectations! The work they performed would have taken m weeks if not months! House is clean smells great and is now ready for inspection! I contracted Rescue My Time for a Deluxe Cleaning of a 5,500-sq-ft home at a quoted price of $917. The experience was extremely disappointing. • Major areas left untouched: The living room, dining room, breakfast room, laundry room and office were not cleaned at all. • Basic tasks skipped: Floors were not properly or completely cleaned, shelves weren’t dusted, Area rugs were not vacuumed, interior window smudges remained, and many baseboards were untouched. • Careless vacuuming: They vacuumed around items instead of moving them—even small things like a basket of clean laundry and the robot vacuum base. I went to their website and checked what they were supposed to clean and saw that they had skipped many small things such as dusting light fixtures, and cleaning the kitchen backsplash. It’s a long list of what wasn’t done. The staff asked to use our rags which I provided, and they took them with them. What they left behind was their empty bottles of products they had been drinking from. When I called the owner immediately after seeing the poor results, she offered to send someone to “look at what wasn’t done.” But after seeing how extensive the issues were, I declined and explained that if the first cleaning was this poor, I would not continue service. I said I wasn’t comfortable walking someone around my house and pointing out the great many things that were not addressed or cleaned. I asked to be charged for a basic cleaning ($350) instead of the deluxe package. Instead, the owner charged $825 plus a $60 tip (which I had specifically asked her not to include). Her response was that “we’re just not a fit” and she still had to pay her staff. In my view, if a staff doesn’t deliver, the company—not the customer—should bear that cost. The owner also claimed that our showers were full of mold and that took all their time. I am allergic to mold so there’s not a speck of mold in the shower. They were last cleaned a month ago, so how bad could they be. I had also explained my allergies in advance and provided a full closet of safe, non-toxic cleaning products Including OxiClean, window spray, powdered, scrub, and floor soap. Only afterward did the owner complain that they couldn’t clean windows with just water, making excuses and blaming me for their failure. This was the worst cleaning job I have ever experienced. Based on my interaction with the owner and the lack of accountability, I seriously question the authenticity of the positive reviews! The owner is completely disconnected from the staff. She claimed to have had a supervisor here. I just wonder what the supervisor was supervising. If most of an entire floor was untouched.

This company is beyond wonderful! They are so kind and amazingly helpful. The ladies in the office, Lisa and Ciera, are absolute angels!! Cassidy did a beautiful job cleaning my home! Cassidy worked very hard and made sure our home was clean top to bottom and I’m blown away by her work! She was so kind, a breath of fresh air, and so amazingly lovely. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her customers! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for wonderful service along with amazing customer service and people who genuinely care about their clients! UPDATE 6/9: Cayla came out today and worked with Cassidy and Cayla was SO amazing as well. They knocked my house out FAST and it’s is SPARKLING! I am SO THANKFUL!!! Cassidy and Cayla are the absolute best and I highly recommend them! They also leave the absolute cutest touches to everything which just makes my heart so happy!
