I recently worked with Scott Carter, the HomeAdvisor, to install a new A/C system after getting 5 different quotes and 2 of which were similar priced. Even though it's too early to rate the long-term performance of the unit itself, I can confidently rate the customer service, professionalism, and installation quality as outstanding. From the beginning, Scott stood out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once pushy or aggressive like some salespeople tend to be. I asked a lot of questions, and he took his time answering every single one without rushing me or making me feel like a burden. That alone sold me, good customer service is rare and Scott delivered it from the initial conversation. I initially objected to paying the full amount upfront, and Scott was completely understanding. He accepted a deposit instead and even went above and beyond by including a free thermostat with installation, which I truly appreciated. On installation day, his crew: Harrison, the lead HVAC installer, and Angel, the apprentice were absolutely awesome. They were professional, respectful, and worked all the way into the evening to ensure everything was done correctly. They cleaned up thoroughly, tested the system, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. After the job, Scott followed up with photos of the work, including before-and-after shots and examples of the team’s consistent craftsmanship. His message showed genuine pride in their work and sincere appreciation for my trust. That meant a lot. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with Scott and the 2 Reliable team installers. If the A/C performs as well as the installation experience, I know I made the right choice. I highly recommend Scott Carter to anyone needing HVAC work, professional, honest, patient, and dedicated to doing things right. ⭐ 5 stars. Would definitely refer and hire again.

I had a wonderful experience with Reliable Heating & Air! My home comfort advisor, Michael Peay, was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided me step by step through the entire process, explaining what would happen and what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made everything so easy. I honestly wish I had called sooner! Chad Colquitt, who installed my water heater, was also polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained what he was going to do, completed the job efficiently, and left everything clean and perfectly done. From the beginning July of 2023 there has been issues with this unit. The install was less than desirable to say the least and had to be repaired shortly after installation. The filter on the handler was not easily accessible due to pipe placement locations. For two months after installation was completed our home was still not cool as it should have been. I went into the attic to have a look and the duct coming off the plenum box had completely separated so I had been cooling the attic for quite sometime.That was corrected on the second visit but the slot the filter goes into still rips the filter when trying to replace. Installers also melted the siding on my home while soldering copper lines on the outside of my home.On September 4,2025 technicians left my home assuring me that the part to repair my ac unit had been ordered and would be shipped to my home. Once the part arrived they would contact me to install said part. After not receiving any emails or phone calls on September 6,2025 I called back to confirm the part had been ordered only to find out, according to their representative there was no record of it discovered . I was informed that the representative would email the parts department and that it could take another 48 hours for a response from that department. I just want my unit repaired and fixed to where I can replace my filter easily without having to strategically remove parts of it trying to get it out to replace it. Even though every Tech out has been friendly and for the most part punctual, the issues seem ongoing.
