We had a plumbing leak in our camper over Thanksgiving weekend, while camping in Rabun Gap. With everything closed on Thanksgiving Day, I found Palm Springs on google and the service they provided was far beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough good things about the owners and David who was kind enough to help. This was truly small town customer service at its best. I have shared my experience with my work and challenged them to have the same level of care as Palm Springs does.

Excellent company and service techs!! I can't say enough nice things about them!. Thank you to David and Josh for the professional and personable job you did for us! A former company came out and just made the problem worse. These guys came out within the time frame they told my husband, went out and got the parts needed and had our master bathtub in working order all within an hour or so! We had just about given up finding someone to get the job done, and they gave a quote about $150 less than the previous company that never contacted us again and just left the job incomplete. Honesty goes a long way with us and I'm so glad my husband found you all!! Thank you so much!!!

When we first met with Jerry and April we had only heard that they were beating out the others in price. What we found when they came out is a level of excellence that we were not expecting from our plumber! They had to add their plumbing plans to engineer plans without knowing the electrical plans. (That is very tough to work around someone else’s plans without seeing them…) Let me tell you, the amount of thought that went into their work is the reason we continue to go with them again and again. They have done big jobs like a whole commercial building to small jobs like fixing drain lines. They have done last minute jobs like adding hand sinks and sump pumps and even do backflow testing. No matter the size of the job they give it the same level of detail and quality that speaks for itself. We appreciate them and look forward to using them for years to come.
