I live in NO but visited my parents in Georgia and we ordered Molly Maids. Crew was very nice and sweet. This is our 2nd time using them. Wish they were in New Orleans.

I do not recommend. We just bought a house which was deep cleaned a month ago, but with us going in for the first time and our baby coming, we wanted another cleaning when we moved in. I explained the details, but the cleaning was just sweeping the floors and vacuum cleaning, and just few cleaning inside the cabinets and window dusting (Bathrooms were already spotless because no one used it for a month after the deep cleaned) so, with already cleaned house, i expected them to go little more in depth, as there were no major cleaning(no appliance to clean as we didnt have washer or refrigerator either), but they were very easy with the cleaning as if i would do it regularly - just dusting off window and vacuuming, which i did not expect for move in cleaning. I wanted the cabinets and corners to be cleaned but not all the cabinets were even checked, and after the clean up, i could see dust and bugs on the floor. Really no difference between before and after. It would be okay if you call them for regular clean up i guess, but not for deep cleaning when you move in.

We hired Molly Maid for a move out service in November 2025. From start to finish their service quality and response time were exceptional. The 2 person crew of Marlene and Liliana did an exceptional job. Both were attentive, detailed and friendly.

I had the one time deep cleaning. They were at my house 4 1/2 hours and everything was SO CLEAN! I thought my shower floor was permanently stained and it is sparkling white now! Lovely people, very efficient, very nice, GREAT cleaners. It was a great experience.

As a first time client of Molly Maids I was very impressed with how easy it was to schedule a cleaning. They notified me 20 min before arrival and when they entered my apartment they wasted no time and were very efficient. I highly recommend their services. They were friendly and polite and I was very pleased with the finished results.
