I have been a customer of Lawson AC/Plumbing for decades. Chris Ivy is a great resource and is always VERY helpful. When we had to replace an HVAC unit recently after it was damaged when a tree fell on our house, the installation team arrived at 8:30 am and worked tirelessly until 6:30 pm to complete the work.

Lawson technicians were here today to do a routine preventative maintenance check and as always did an excellent job. They also discovered that my natural gas meter was leaking gas. Thankfully they discovered this potential dangerous situation and notified us of the problem. The gas company arrived within 30 minutes of our reporting the problem and replaced my gas meter. Thank you Lawson for a job well done.

We switched to Lawson AC a few years ago when our previous HVAC company ghosted us. We got on their bi-annual maintenance plan and feel very well taken care of. In the past, we would have to fight to get our company out to maintenance our AC unit that we purchased from them. After a few times of just not showing up after we finally got ahold of them to schedule, we contacted Lawson AC. They were prompt, friendly, fairly priced, and organized. They contact us when it's time to schedule our maintenance visit, send an email letting us know exactly who to expect, and their techs are knowledgeable. I have never been upsold on anything and I trust them. When it was time to replace our water heaters, it made sense to use Lawson. We received a discount on plumbing service for being on their AC maintenance plan. The service we received was great! We did have an issue with pressure afterward, but they came back our right away and fixed it up for us and it has been great ever since! I can't see myself ever using a different HVAC/Plumbing company and cannot recommend Lawson enough!

Had the best HVAC service ever from Lawson on 7/25/25. They took the time to retape insulation on an access panel to attic, cleaned all 3 units coils, and vacuum out a clogged condensation line. Very pleased!

These guys were fantastic! The office had a technician at my house in 3 hours. The gentleman that did the work, Nick, was very professional and patient with all of my questions. He quickly found the problem, was able to resolve it while there, and even went the extra mile to check the standard maintenance things after he had fixed the issue. Best of all… Nick was super honest and the Lawson rates were not crazy high with what we call “the lake tax”. Lawson A/C will be my first call for service from now on.
