Very disappointed. Water tank broke on 11/20/25 on 11/21/25 The technician came to installed the water tank had no help bringing a 50 gallon tank up the stairs to the second floor . He was struggling with it and making grunting sounds. I kept asking him if he was ok. Finally got it up halfway and he needed a pipe and some tool from his truck to pull it to the top landing of the stairs so I had to help him with getting that from his truck . In the process he scratched my newly paint wall , chipped one of the steps and scratched up my hardwood floors and I'm not how but got dirty all on the wall. All this because he had no help. He took the tank out of the box got it up the stairs and it ended up being the wrong water tank. Now he had to take that tank back down the stairs and bring up another tank which he kept in the box this time .Had he brought the first tank up in the box there would have been no damages. I reached out to the supervisor the same day over him and explained the situation he said some would get back to me and take care of the damages. No one reached out so I gave it a couple of days and called them back. Finally the people who fix the drywall has reached out to me, has set a date to repair and paint the wall. I still haven't heard from anyone for my floors after reaching out again yesterday. Keep Smiling No I'm not Smiling. It cost me $2,700 dollars for the tank and you have not made it priority to fix the damage.

During his evaluation, he also noticed that our breaker panel was outdated and improperly wired. He provided a reasonable quote to bring everything up to code, and we opted to proceed. In addition, he rewired and installed Ethernet throughout our main floor to improve the performance and reliability of our home devices. Just in time for the holidays, he resolved the outlet issue, ensured the oven was properly grounded, and reinstalled it so we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner without interruption. The Ethernet wiring works perfectly, the updated breaker panel looks excellent, and we’ve already noticed improved efficiency throughout our home. Overall, the service was timely, professional, and highly effective. I strongly recommend this company.

Roy Wint was more than prompt, informative and professional. As an added bonus he was very personable. He removed a light fixture and installed a new ceiling fan for us. It looks beautiful and we are completely satisfied.

This is one of the best plumbing services received recently. The technician Armando Hernandez was very meticulous, perfect and very detailed in his job. He finished the job on time and did an excellent work being very accommodative with my requests. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and most important a perfectionist. A very nice professional to work with. I remodeled all three bathroom toilets, added Pressure Reduction Valve, main shut off ball valve on this project. The total pricing can be lower but the quality of workmanship compensated for it.
