Thanksgiving morning. GFI outlet trips and won’t reset. All appliances in the RV tied to that GFI. No stores open to buy replacement. Decided to search for emergency service to continue Thanksgiving plans with family dinner. Jan calls me back and kindly troubleshoots over the phone with me on Thanksgiving day and directed me how to solve the problem as a temporary fix until stores open tomorrow. Jan saved the day and did it professionally and kindly on a holiday. They will be my first and only call in the future

Our technician, Josh, was fantastic and his helped was very polite. Josh was early and explained to us everything he was doing and why. He cleaned out our fireplace, which I later found out I was supposed to do, without any hesitation and he gave us ideas on other ways to protect our home from surges and things like that. He had some challenges with our house because of it's age and configuration, but he handled them with no problem. He completely cleaned up everything when he was done. I would highly recommend Kalahari Electrical Services to anyone in need of electrical work.

We had a broken GFCI outlet that needed some attention. Kalahari had done the work originally 18 years ago and we had been very satisfied then. So we decided to call them again. Josh showed up on time, quickly evaluated the project, let me know how much it would cost, and quickly took care of it. Highly recommended.
