JR Bolton made the scheduling process easy and Aireck Hogan showed up knowledgeable, professional, friendly and ready to go! I'm ashamed I forgot the scheduler's name, but she gave world class support (Erin?). She kept me informed when I needed to and helped me decide which services I need versus which ones I probably don't. I can't see us using anyone else but JR Bolton in the future.

Bryce was great. He looked at our system to ensure it was operational and no leaks existed. He gave us honest feedback and advise on both our woodburning gas system fireplace and gas insert fireplace. Will definitely reach out to them when I plan to upgrade or if i ever need to repair my system.

Had a Lopi Rockport woodstove along with a Duravent chimney system installed. The project required demolition and remodel of the common contractor grade fireplace and chimney chase/roof. A lot of work just to get to the point of installing the stove. Karis and Lionel were exceedingly patient and helpful throughout the whole frustrating remodel period and making sure clearances would be met as well as helping select the best stove for the space. when they were finally able to do the install, the crew were very detailed and informative. A good walk-thru of the break- in period (as it is cast iron especially,) safety and general operation of the stove. We absolutely love how this project turned out and appreciate our experience with JR Bolton.

We had an outstanding experience with JR Bolton which included servicing our three gas log fireplaces, a special order (two accessories packages) and then installation of a new ventless system. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable about all areas of the business. The technician who serviced our three fireplaces was polite and did a good job communicating what was wrong with one of them and what are options were. We decided to replace one set of logs and move a set of logs. When we came to the showroom to pick out our new set, we had a very lovely young woman help us and again, very knowledgeable about the products. When the new set came in it was easy to schedule the install. The technician removed the broken set in the living room, then moved an older model set from the family room to the living room and we put the new set in our family room where we spend the most time. Peterson logs are gorgeous! I highly recommend JR Bolton.
