The J&I Cordon provided the electrical for a garage remodel at our home. They did a great job. They listened to our requirements and offered ideas that enhanced what we were trying to do. All the work was tidy and the wire runs were logical. We had no issue with our inspection. Their team members were great to talk with and knowledgeable.

They upgraded our power to 200 amps and hooked up our new hot tub. They did a super job. I would highly recommend them.

They ensured it was done and inspected in one day for a great price. Their electricians are the best and we would highly recommend them. Oscar, Axel and crew are very knowlegeable and personal. They then came back and hooked up the tub once it was delivered. Everything works greaat ...very pleased.

J and I Cordon electric was hired by the seller/previous owner of my new home to re-wire the home. During the inspection, 2 new appliances were not working. The cause was electrical and this was fixed prior to closing on September 3. At closing all electrical was working. I moved in on September 30th. On October 8th, less than 10 days later, the water heater ceased working. A plumber determined that the cause of failure was electrical. The electrician I hired showed me that the circuit breaker for the water heater was both missing a clamp and the wrong voltage for a water heater. This could have caused a fire. I contacted J and I Cordon to make them aware of the problem. He should have tried to make good on his shoddy workmanship, but not only did he not respond to my email, he declined to answer my calls.

We now successfully completed two (2) full house renovation project with Cordon Electric. Both projects passed inspection on the first run! Crew was very experience, professional and well equipped. Edwin the lead provided an open channel of communication and delivered prompt solutions. Crew showed up on time, every time…returned every day until DONE!! Will be using Cordon on all future construction projects.
