Nick the technician was prompt and communicative, and very helpful. He quickly identified the issues and fixed our furnace. He also found several other concerns which he also promptly fixed as part of the servicing.

Kevin was on time and and communicated when he was headed our way. He really took his time assessing our units and stayed quite a while redoing some things that needed to be fixed. He was communicative about some possible issues and was extremely professional.

We have been costumer’s with Mathew Holtkamp for more than 25 years and the service is always excellent. Kevin came this week to maintenance our furnace to get ready for the colder months. Kevin did a great job and we will ask for him when the air condition season starts again. He is very pleased and, as all Holtkamp technicians, very knowledgeable.

Our family has been a customer for 13+ years, it is great to see the same employees coming over the years. Today Kevin came with his trainee, a new employee joining in June, a student finishing up his degree. They both took care of our system as the routine maintenance. Excellent service, as always!

First, it is so frustrating to call a business and get a bot. Is it too much to ask to just talk to a real person. After speaking to the bot, I got transferred to someone who couldn’t help me and then transferred to the next in line who couldn’t help me but said she would call me back. Which she did (I was surprised) My elderly mom had a routine service call (she is in the Comfort Club) so it should have been free. Instead I see a charge for $455 on her charge card. Turns out they charged her almost $500 for a CO2 detector. I could have gotten one at Home Depot just as good for less than $100. (I know this for a fact because I recently did AND had the fire Dept. check it) Definitely took advantage of the elderly with inflated prices.
