He replaced our mainline pressure valve efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He even had us test all the faucets to confirm steady water flow and pressure. Greenlee just completed a whole house repipe in 2 days. Tommy O’kelley and his crew were amazing! They made it so stress free and as easy as it could be. AMAZING AMAZING and did I say AMAZING!!! Let me start by saying anytime I have contracting work done or any type of services I always get 3 quotes to compare prices. We recently purchased a home that had “banned” poly piping throughout the entire home. My research began by contacting the 1st company (no name) wanted to charge $12k to replace with Pex B estimated 5 business days to complete work and this DID NOT include drywall replacement or permit inspection after the work was completed. The 2nd company I contacted did come in at $7k included Pex A, drywall replacement but 5 business days to complete work, $100 fee for permit inspection after. 3rd company was Greenlee Plumbing. Although Greenlee Plumbing came in a little bit higher than $7k, ($8,700) here is why me and my husband chose them. “ALL SERVICES” plumbing company: not only was the drywall replacement included this also included the painting to digitally match the affected area. The biggest factor was Mr. Robert guaranteed me a 2 day turn around completion instead of 5 business days (we have younger kids and have to have running water and a functioning kitchen 😊). The price also included water valve replacement (since I purchased my own) at no additional fee, Hot water heater expansion tank, HIRED 🙂 Mr. Robert and his team were extremely professional. Not only did they show up on time (scheduled time 8:30) arrival time 8:25. They came ready to work took 1 lunch break and was completely done with the repiping by 2:30 (scheduled completion time was 3:30). Day 2 the Forsyth permit inspector came to confirm the work was completed correctly. Joni from Greenlee was instrumental with the communication between FORSYTH COUNTY and myself (home was still showing under the previous owners name). We got the information corrected so the inspection could be completed. After the inspection was done the drywall team was waiting to start their work and painting. Drywall team came at 9am and was done by 3:30 pm. Attached are a couple b4 and after pics (wish I had taken some of the bathrooms before the drywall was installed ). Thank you again Mr. Robert and team!!! We were so glad all the work was completed before the kids got out of school! We will definitely be using your services again for any future projects.
