Good Shepherd Roofing installed a new roof on our church. They did an amazing job. It looks great! Their final touches and attention to detail was above and beyond what was expected.

The work was done well and to my visual satisfaction. The workers also came out on a Sunday due to miscommunication on the delivery of parts. My only issue is the slowness of communication regarding the delay of shipment and change of work completion date/time. Nevertheless, the repair looks good!

I called them on short notice, and they were able to come out the next day to assess the problem. Their team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. If I could give zero stars, I would. Over a six-month period, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed: * Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times) * Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia * Gutters frequently overflowing * Gutters visibly scratched and dented * Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctly They replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining … and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I’m now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over. Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself … only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes. I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn’t. I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.
