Many, Arther, and Matthew were great! They arrived on time and got the job done and cleaned up before dinner time. They photo documented every step of the process and kept me informed as the day went along. At the end of the process they walked me through the system and made sure I was satisfied. I’m over the moon with my new Daikin FIT system with indoor air quality care.

Mathew L was an excellent electrical technician. He looked through, tested and explained all of the electrical components in our home. My husband and I appreciated how he listened to all our concerns. He answered our questions and gave us professional advice to use in the future. James F also went above and beyond to help us with our HVAC, furnace and thermostat. His knowledge was hands down at mastery level. Without his knowledge and expertise we would not have gotten our issues resolved within this time frame. Casteel reps and technicians have been professional, transparent and quick to keep us informed throughout this whole process. I highly recommend.

My experience with Casteel company and specifically Tyrone was excellent! I called them around 8pm Friday night because of a pipe leak. The person I spoke with was friendly. I got a text Saturday morning giving the ETA of technician. Tyrone got here at 8am Saturday which was right on time that was given.
