- Don’t buy a car battery from here!!!- Brought in a battery I purchased in June 23 that was dead. I was told that they would need to charge the battery before they could warranty it. Went to two different batteries plus and they all said the same thing but didn’t have the replacement. I ended up purchasing a battery with the sales rep Austin telling me if it’s bad he will warranty it and they will work out the difference of me paying 177.00 for a battery, I waited two days and many hours the same day charging for them to tell me that the battery is bad. (Which I knew). Their policy is to keep the battery for 24 hours to see if it can take a (means you are without a battery) I waisted many hours dealing with them and ended having a bad battery and then they didn’t warranty it after saying it was out of warranty even after wasting hours of my time. Don’t buy a battery from them……. Terrible return policy for bad batteries and even worse product…….

We use Batteries Plus for everything from car batteries to watch and cell phone batteries and everything in between. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful.

I went to the store to buy a single golf cart. Battery in six folds. I was stolen at the store no warranty would be given if I bought a single battery. I had to buy a complete set of six batteries. That simply does not make sense that is forcing customers to buy than needed. Each battery is a symbol in a factory not six at a time the associate in the store was super nice, but I do not agree with the stores policies as to not getting a warranty for buying one battery versus that is entrapment and should not be supported by any corporation or business.

Quick order, battery in stock, store less than a mile from where I live. Pickup was quick and painless. After placing the online order for around $250, got an emailed discount for 16% off. Would've saved me over $33, but the store could not apply the discount and the order had been placed. Don't like giving away free money. Would not recommend Batteries +.

Stopped by the store today to enquire about some batteries and a nice guy up front helped inform me on some batteries I was thinking about buying. Didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a black shirt and slacks. Was lovely talking to him today. That’s why I keep coming back to this store. They’re friendly and helpful.
