Wow! Wow! Wow! The customer service at this Batteries Plus was amazing. They were courteous, professional, helpful. I was on my way to get my brakes fixed and was not too happy about going to spend a lot of money. But when I walked in this store, the way they greeted me, engaged and talked with me to identify my need, I felt relaxed. The whole time I was in the store, I was comfortable. And then he brought my key back to me and said "Have a nice day". I said what's my cost. He said "nothing. you have a lifetime warranty." Whaaaaat? Something I did not know before. I left feeling accomplished. The rest of my day was stress free. WOW. Thank you

I love this Batteries Plus location, I've shopped here for years. Scott has always done so well with helping me, he is good at what he does and his customer service is great! I've now met their new employees, Dakota is amazing his customer service is top notch!! He always does amazing at helping me!! He is so sweet and he is great at what he does here!! He is a great addition to the team here!! I recently went in cause I needed to get my car battery checked. That's when I ran into Nick. I told him I wanted to check my battery and if needed get it replaced. He was rude the entire time!! He acted like me being there was ruining his whole day! He had no customer service at all. He was pushy and talked in an annoyed aggressive manner. He was also very disrespectful. He said it did need to get replaced but I just waited till the next day and Dakota did a great job replacing in for me. I don't want to give anymore of my time or money to Nick. That's why the review is 3 stars. If it wasn't for Nick I would give 5 stars.

The store in Snellville had the batteries we need for our car key fob. We got great quick service and it has a life time warrantee. I recommend going there if your key fob needs a battery.

Best customer service in town! Did not sell me something that he wasn’t sure would work. Even though his store didn’t have the correct battery, he not only had the battery the next day, but took the time to demonstrate how to charge the new battery. Ask for San!!! I really appreciated his service!
