We had an excellent experience with B&D! From getting a quote, scheduling, to the day of service everyone was kind and professional. Not only was their quote the most reasonable, they were also able to accommodate our move-in schedule to clean our carpets before we moved furniture in our new home, which was a huge help! Susan and Drew were wonderful during scheduling and Rufus and Christian were courteous and diligent cleaning our carpets. I would definitely use B&D again!
