EDIT: Manager reached back out to me, letting me know he refunded me the material cost due to an error on the technician's part, and he was very apologetic and willing to make things right with the unfinished labor. I ended up choosing a different company for that and some additional work I needed in the area, but I greatly appreciated the manager's handling of the situation after he read my review. --- Half the work was done fine, but price was not given before repairs were started. Approximately $580 charged for 3.5 hours of work, and $200 charged for not even $50 of supplies. Manager stated there would be a supply charge for technician purchasing them, but did not provide an itemized receipt after I asked for it twice. Would have also appreciated an offer to fix a follow up plumbing problem that didn't exist before they changed a part in the toilet. Good response time on the manager's part, but his responses unfortunately all sounded like excuses. Ultimately disappointed after a stellar previous experience with the company. Highly recommend having an older man in the house at the time of repair - seems we were taken advantage of due to being younger females.

Ace Handyman services was such a great company to work with. Heather was so nice and helped me when we were on an extreme timeline to fix a broken window in order to sell our home. Their prices beat everyone else that I called. Robbie came out and installed our new window. He was such a nice guy and he did excellent work. He was on time with the appointment that I had and he even made time to paint the window for me. I am so glad that we are moving locally, because they have me as a lifelong customer now.

Honestly I was pleasantly surprised!!! Our contractor Ronnie was excellent, his communication, his WORK, his promptness and efficiency! There was no task he couldn’t do. We needed drywall repair, trim repair, wood work, paint, plumbing and he did it all and WELL! We will def be using ACE again & will use for my real estate clients as well!

They showed up on time. They explained what they would do before they started. They saved me money and my time getting it done in one day. Thank you for your hardworking!

Recently, I contacted Ace Handyman Services NE, and set up an appointment. Two very competent handymen showed up, on time. They finished installing my cordless pleated shades in record time, and with scheduled time remaining, asked which jobs I would prefer they do from my to-do list. They accomplished several more projects that I was very grateful to have completed. As well and being very competent with the work accomplished, they left no mess behind. The price was fair, and I plan to call them again. I am also glad to recommend them.
